San Diegans love their dogs – with the city just brimming with every breed of canine friends. From Frenchies to Retrievers to Goldendoodles, go to any local park, trail, or neighborhood and you’ll see every kind of dog under the sun!
Dogs are known for their loyalty, playfulness, and unconditional affection, making them excellent roommates. However, not all rental apartments in San Diego are dog-friendly. Regardless of how well they’re trained, some landlords would just as soon rather avoid allowing them. However, Irvine Company apartments in San Diego are dog-friendly.

Apartments with Dog Wash Stations
Living the SoCal lifestyle with your dog can get dirty. And sandy! With beaches, trails, parks and those muddy walks after a rainfall, washing your furry friend in your bathroom can get messy! Or, taking your dog to a groomer to get cleaned up can be a big expense. That’s why Irvine Company introduced Dog Wash Stations in some of the apartment communities.
After an afternoon at the beach bring your sandy companion to the Dog Wash Stations for a quick and easy rinse. Your pet can have it all at home, with Irvine Company’s dedication to making the best at-home experience for you and your four-legged friend.
