Around the Village
With twenty-two pools, fabulous parks, open spaces and community activities directors, living in Woodbridge Village offers a way of life that embraces outdoor fun – where neighbors gather for barbecues or kayak on the North Lake – and residents experience a truly remarkable lifestyle.
In the heart of Woodbridge Village, the community shopping center recently underwent a $30 million dollar renovation. Upgrades include an expansion of the courtyard to take advantage of the lake view and promote community gatherings.
With a new grocery store at its center, the focal point is a “front porch” setting near the property’s main entrance. Here, visitors dine, chat, attend community gatherings or simply relax and enjoy unobstructed views of North Lake. Community staples such as Barnes & Noble, Ruby’s Diner and Woodbridge 5, Irvine’s oldest movie theater, remain.
The Irvine Unified School District services the village of Woodbridge. It consistently ranks among the nation's finest school districts and receives continual national recognition for its superior student performance.
