IAC Wins 12 GEMM Awards – March 2007
The Irvine Company Apartment Communities was recognized as being among the best in the industry, earning 12 top prizes in the fifth annual “Greater Excellence in Management and Maintenance” (GEMM) awards.

About 1,200 industry professionals attended the South Coast Apartment Association (SCAA) event in March 2007 at the Anaheim Hilton and Towers. The SCAA is a local chapter of the California Apartment Association. It serves Orange and Southern Los Angeles counties.
